I have been creating Artwork, Mixed/Media Collages; Paintings & Photography for the past 13 years.
Mainly self-taught I started working with Watercolours BUT gradually moved into Acrylic Paints.
I love using Acrylic paints as they can be used in a Vibrant, Bold and sometimes Heavily Layered Textured manner that I love.
I experiment a lot by combining the Acrylic paint with different mediums such as Texture Paste, Impasto Paste and even shells, rolled paper, aluminium foil, beads, etc. to create unique 1 of a kind Mixed/Media Artworks.
I also have been known to paint onto photographs that I have taken to create a particular mood/feeling/emotion or add items that were not in the original photo. These I have done on commission for people who having come home from holidays with many photos want something different & unique to hang on their wall – the photograph is mounted onto a ready to hang canvas prior to the added painted details – many clients have given these to friends as gifts.
I am very blessed to live on the picturesque Mornington Peninsula, Vic. Australia and only 500 metres walking distance to the beach and only a 5-10 minute drive to rolling countryside, farms and then deep lush green valleys. So when inspiration/motivation starts to dry up and the sun is shining I just go for a walk or drive and soon I am back at my easel itching to create the next piece of Art.
Over the past 13 years I have been blessed to build up a steady clientele some including Australian TV Celebrities and have sold close to 1,000 paintings to Private Collectors in the USA, UK and Europe as well as Australia Wide.
Apart from creating Landscapes, Seascapes I also love creating Abstract Art. Abstract Art has a very broad meaning BUT the way I define it is Art From Within My Soul. These are usually created with my favourite piece of music playing (which will change depending on my mood) and I just let the brush; or sometimes just my hands and the paint flow with the music and feelings that arise from within me.

When emailing me I will need you to let me know the approx. size of the painting you are thinking of (this is so that I can calculate the postal costs and whether it can be posted – unfortunately Australia Post have strict Size Restrictions on what they can post) PLUS if you are outside of Australia the destination Country.
