Angela Muss is a Spanish artist specialising in children’s Illustration. Angela was born in Barcelona, Spain in 1983. She currently lives in Paris with her treasured cat Petra. When growing up Angela used to spend hours drawing at her kitchen table. She considers her experiences as a child as her main inspiration for her work. Angela is a self taught author and Illustrator. Taking courses later on in life in Graphic Design, Photography and Photoshop helped her progress the mix media technique she applies to her work. And having a well known publicist as a father pushed her to be the successful illustrator she is today. Angela’s Illustrations are colourful, bold and humorous. She begins by drawing out her artwork with pencil on paper which she scans in and renders in Photoshop, adding textures and fabric collage. When working Angela enjoys to listen to Indie and pop music.
