Early age photographer ( born the 8th September 1956 ), started to paint at 11 years old, to leave it on stand-by soon after, till three years ago. Along this big pause, watched and learned with some major artists in multi disciplines in Portugal and abroad (Spain, Germany, Switzerland and Finland) For two years worked with major art collector and curator, producing several art shows. This released the need to restart painting. Stuck to grey shades, will develop some time to other tones, I think. I'm more towards figurative images than abstract, but I also like some of those. It all depends on the colors used and the way they are used.... Let me have your comments.
Never tired of photography, I take some time now to express my photographs through painting. For no reason or maybe because of silver photography, I turned after a short while into grey inks! Lets see where it takes me. Every once in a while can't resist inserting one foreign color to the set but immediately return to the grey stuff.....
