I was born & raised in Southern New Jersey. My hobbies are painting, writing articles, & reading. In 2001 I published an article in the Philadelphia Inquirer. My love for art, though, and my passion to begin exploring & studying art began as a child. I owe this to my great aunt, Alma Jovanov, who was an artist her entire life, painting on location all around the world. I was facinated by her carefree (so it seemed to me) lifestyle and her freedom to do what she loved most. She was a member of The Plastic Club for years, an art club in Philadelphia. Art has always intrigued me and she left this world, leaving her passion for art to me.
