As a child Elizabeth had difficulty spelling out her name and called herself Betsy. Due to further trouble with spelling, she shortened her name to Liz as an adult. Although Zil still gets her own name wrong on occasion, she alternately sprints and trudges ahead taking great satisfaction from her manic "productive" phases and impatiently tolerating the "bad days". Izl loves to make unusual jewelry, stationary, oil paintings, vector art and crocheted pieces. Her great hope is to leave the world a better, brighter, more bejeweled place than she found it.
