A late bloomer, I started my journey in the field of art back in 2005. All though, I have been "doodling" in it for many years, it wasn't really realized till later on in life. I am still learning the magic of this wonderful career.
I love to work in various mediums such as, paints, pencils, pastels, modeling clay, and finally computer/digitally generated art.
I'm still trying to find my "style", and have found so many styles that I love. From the old masters to the new ones, they're all wonderful inspirations.
Artist whose works that really inspires me are Wyland, the marine artist, and another artist I just learned about is M.C. Escher. One of my favorite paintings is "The Girl with a Pearl Earring" painted by Johanness Vermeer Van Delft.
The world of Fantasy and Sci-Fi really helps to build the imagination; I want to really focus primarily on that genre, as well as anime and manga.
All though those are my favorite areas of interest, there are various other areas that interest me as well.
Just being out in the world seeing God's palette - (the world around us with all the vivid colors and the many faceted areas of grays to black and white), it inspires me deeply.
I would love the chance to help companies create their branding mark on the world, as well as the opportunity to help companies that are seeking to rebuild their logos to help them find that "AH-HA! - THAT's IT! design.
