9" x 15" oil on wood panel by Kirk Larsen. Using the Maimeri Puro "primary set" of magenta, yellow and Cyan, plus white, I was able to do this whole painting with no additional colors. I love the pure pigment and versatile aspect of these true primary colors. Trivia: The can with the brushes comes from a can of REDPACK crushed tomatoes (I love to cook). In the background- my trusty old Pelican watercolor disk set in the yellow metal box. Mayonnaise jar holds thinner & the hazel colored can on the right is one of my painting secrets- Tall salmon cans not only stack but the lid from a tennis ball can fits perfectly tight on top. I use them to travel, for my used thinner!
