Her intensive artistic work, began Ingrid Stiehler with the landscape photography, when she studied at the academy of administration and business in NRW (Germany). Inspired by the different art trends of the cultures of Asia, Africa and North America, she connected always new impression and historic technics, by many of her journeys. Her slogan is, to be developed „learning by doing ", whereby it is always her endeavour to find an own style from this and to create aesthetic and decorative things with positive message. The preferential materials in „Ingrid‘s Workshop" are silk, gypsum, bronze, wood, acrylic and not least silver. Since her interest in art and culture of the Viking era awoke, she designs silver jewelry in an extraordinary connection from historical viking/celtic design and modern style and manufactures this unique pieces in manual work.
