I would first like to thank each and every visitor for stopping by to view my portfolio. I would also like to thank all of those who have taken the time to comment on the photographs. Your feedback has been very much appreciated even though I have not been able to respond to each of you personally. The response to my portfolio has been overwhelming and unexpected.
At present, most of these photos were taken locally in (Eastern or Southeastern) central Ohio. Although, there are a few that were taken in either Michigan or West Virginia. I much enjoy packing up my truck with minimal supplies, my hounddog companion (Stoney), my cameras and just heading out in search of natural views. Usually these have been day trips, although I am planning some overnight camping trips for the upcoming summer season.
Stoney is a bassett / beagle mix hounddog and my constant companion. He is quite the little trailblazer and adores my taking him to explore the natural world around us. He often points the way to some wonderful views and photo opportunities. I have to give him partial credit for many of the photos you will find here. :)
My other constant companion is the support of my friends, my family and my loving wife. Without you all, I would not have the courage to be here. :)
All the photos found here are being presented exactly as they were taken. Some have been cropped slightly here or there but none have been altered, digitally or otherwise, in any way nor manner. You see, Mother Nature is the artist and creator of these images. I am merely the camera in her hands attempting to record the views she presents to my lens.
