I paint mainly for myself, if it happens to move someone or inspire them, that's great! If a work happens to sell that is even better. I'm self taught for the most part in regards to painting. I did study Graphic Design at the Detroit Institute of Arts but have always loved painting. The human form allows for so many interesting images to be designed from and added with color, the possibilities are endless when creating new works. I enjoy experimenting with different concepts and will be completing some works that will be more abstracted.
