Jennifer was born in Liverpool, England. Over the past years she has lived in many countries, working as a Travel Agent before finally settling down in Vancouver, Canada. She received her diploma of Fine Arts from the prestigious Emily Carr Institute of Art and Design in Vancouver in 1992, and has enjoyed life as a full time artist ever since, fulfilling a long held dream. Jennifer lives and works in a remote part of beautiful British Columbia alongside her husband Carmelo Sortino, also a visual artist. She is an avid photographer and gardener. Her works have been shown in both solo and group shows throughout Canada and the U.S.A., and are in many private collections all over the World. She is represented by Trunk Gallery in Vancouver, Paz Feliz Galleria in Madrid and the Ezair Gallery in New York.
