As a graduate of Ontario College of Art, Helena has developed into an oustanding fine-artist specializing not only in cake design, but also oil painting and illustration. Her oil paintings have been displayed across the world! For the past twenty years, Helena has developed into an accomplished cake designer, specialising in weddings and special occassions. Every sugar sculpture is completely unique.
