I enjoy working in a variety of media, with the subject matter of animals and fantasy creatures, but I am primarily a soft toy artist. Which is funny, as I only came to sewing very recently.
I met my first sewing machine in July 2004 thanks to my partner's mum, as no-one ever sewed in my family. My first project was a soft toy rahball (a purple cat-like creature - see here), and I haven't looked back.
I now have my own business, CRE'ATURES, which is coming along nicely. In addition to soft toys, I make polymer clay sculptures, pattable pictures (fur fabric collage) and, of course, regular drawings, including comic books. Drop by and have a look. :)
