Richy Boot- Freelance photographer based in the North East of England, specialising in band and festival photography. Recent jobs have included The Richmond Live Music Festival, Xenith Sound (who played the carling weekend festivals), Tara Blaise (MTV), Samantha Andrews (Guest Vocals to Ginger of the Wildhearts) and Mostly Autumn..

Although my speciality is working with live bands I also sideline in model photography, graphic design and web design. I am well versed in Photoshop and other graphics packages, although none of the pictures on my profile have been edited in any way from the day they were taken. The better the shot the first time the better the photo and with the live situation it's great to get that one shot the band wanted if they're strutting their stuff on stage.

Taking on many different projects since I started, I have had the experience of working in live band, festival and studio conditions and done several outdoor shoots both night and day and have a thorough understanding of the uses of light, composition and movement. I have access to a studio in the North East when required or am able to travel for location shoots.

Each project I undertake is priced depending on my clients situation but I will always offer a reasonable rate. Quotes are available on request.
