It seems to me that many artists today are so preoccupied with making a statement through their art that they ignore aesthetics. Instead, they choose to create visually disturbing imagery to further some political/social cause. I am not saying that this is wrong, and in fact, I believe that it is very necessary. I only want to point out that art can still be about presenting visually pleasingly images. This is what I strive to accomplish. The works that I elect to display are images that I find visually satisfying. I hope that some of you that stumble across this gallery will also find some of my work visually satisfying.
