Janie was born in New York and moved to New Jersey in 1988. She has been a resident of South Brunswick since 2001 and presently lives in Dayton, New Jersey. Art has been Janie's passion since she was 11 and she has taken various art and illustration courses at the School of Visual Arts, Art Student League, Parson's School of Design and the Fashion Institute of Technology, all located in New York Janie has also attended watercolor courses offered in North Brunswick and Highland Park New Jersey. Janie believes in order to sharpen your skills, artist should continue to hone their craft.
