My name is Simon and I'm from Somerset in England.
I'm looking to get into the illustration business and have a few jobs under my belt already. I grew up drawing characters for my own RPG and fantasy story ideas and not much has changed since!
I have a long list of influences that I take inspiration from, including fairy tale and book illustrations, Warhammer artwork, game concept art from companies like Blizzard, Bioware, Square, Lionhead etc, and film and animation companies like Studio Ghibli.
I try to give my drawings emotion and try to look at symbolism and composition creatively, so I hope to develop into a worthy artist in this way. I feel I still have a long way to go but I'm going to keep going!
