I am a father of two wonderful children, a painter, and have been a high school art teacher for 13 years. I currently have three main directions in my studio practice. The first is a continuing series of 50 portraits of people from my community - Nyack, NY. My second concentration is a collection of figure filled landscapes depicting public places where people gather for leisure. Finally, I often execute commission pen and ink drawings of people's homes. In recent years I have also become enamored with digital photography and the possibilities of digital image making.
