I have graduated from University of Fine Arts in former Leningrad, Russia with a Masters Degree in Fine Arts back in 1976. During my professional career in former USSR I worked for an Artistic Fund and participated in various government and private projects.
In 1990 my family and I immigrated to Israel. I have established an Art Studio and completed many interior design projects which included paintings, murals, ceramic and stained glass. My work is displayed in many restaurants, synagogues, hotels and private residences across Israel. In 1993 I was introduced to Fused Glass technique by one of the local artists. I fell in love with the beauty and simplicity of fused glass and completed several small and large scale projects using the fused glass technique.
In 1995 I immigrated to Canada. By 1997 I have established a small fused glass studio in my residence. For seven years I participated in various Art & Craft Shows where I displayed and sold my art work. I also continued to create custom paintings for private clients.
Since the summer of 2004 I have been living in the west end of Edmonton and have dedicated all my time to painting and taking care of my 5 years old granddaughter. At the present time my work includes, but not limited to, paintings, murals and portraits.
