I feel your pain! I'm still waiting on a book order since November 9th. No sign of it yet! When they renewed my membership I replied to their email and mentioned my book order.... they said they would look into it but I've heard nothing since. I have no intentions of promoting my books for other people to buy them through AW because I am ashamed of the service. Good Luck!

Hello Liz HA. Thank you for the reply. I am completely surprised at the AW attitude. I actually made 4 books in the format the AW suggested at their site. I already posted 3, and bought the first.. that never came, nor they even send the information of what is going on with it. Did they already print my book ? I wondered. They got their money, yet, why we do not have details of the order... ? I just do not know to whom to send the message?

AW, do not do any replies, perhaps NO ONE is working at the site. I bought my first AW book, paid 55 dollars including shipment. (on their site they suggested books without shipments, by the way)... 3 months already, and I wrote them kindly 4 times, since it never reached my home. They send no info about it either. To say more I bought a calendar about a year ago, which they sent in 2 weeks... So what is going on there, I do not know. The services are not similar to what they were 20 years ago, when I started in 2004 AW membership. I wished to know did someone got their own personal books printed in ArtSlam ?? GREETINGS, GOOD LUCK AW!! Replies is a basic respect to artists...

Art Wanted is owned by Art Slam. You can Google Art Slam, and it will give you the owners' names, location, and how to contact them directly. It's probably the only way you're going to get their attention. You can also Google Artwanter, and it will provide you with additional contact options.

Hello Min, I checked, and I remember who is the owner of this site. AE... I read his words in 2004, this morning that for sure different from nowadays. You can never know how he is today, OLDER, let's say. What is clear the site is not working as it did in the past, and especially the changes that they made in the site. For sure, it has no logic, to actually pay and not get any response after some time if you do not receive the service, or book. More to say, in not an easy time of my life, I have been working on 4 AW books, in the last two years or so... since the documentation is very important, to a well-known artist like me, who works decades on art and design. At least they can say something or another of the product, if they know the book is not going to come to a refund, or to say it will come next week, I do not know if they print it or send it even. More to say, there are books in many sizes, I worked 2 years on the AW size.. A lot of work, and I truly wish to buy all my 4 AW Books, So How can I ? In order not to lose time, I consider trying some other publisher, who may send my books on time, my way, ISRAEL. Sizes though different... ... so much more work to be done. The not funny thing is that their billing reminded me the other day that my card changed for the membership issue, I did change it... But they still could not reply for info about my book. Something is going on there, such a shame. To my opinion, they should take 2 new workers to work on services for the members. GREETINGS.

Hello Cheryl.. thank you for visiting. Andy Evans is the owner of AW, and I guess Artslam is part of his several businesses. There are not enough members on this site as there were in the good old times, which I still remember. But if they suggest a service on their site, and people who are members here take the time to work by their suggestion, so there must be solutions. I wonder if I should post my fourth book, and continue to my fifth in the sizes of AW books, or to check some other site. As for Fine Art America, for sure I heard by several artists friends about the site, but personally, I have no time for more sites. I enjoyed AW, the best in my first 2-3 years of membership, later it too much for me. I have been a member here since AUG, 2004... a long time for too many changes in my life. With hopes for wonderful changes in this site.

I STILL WAIT... To my opinion, AW is only sometimes works. Where are the services... A while ago I sent a new question without a reply. Here is my order from Oct, 2025, that was never shipped, and as they actually wrote a reply, 2 months after... They reorder it... Yet... Nothing seems to really happen; perhaps they take orders without making it. View the attachment from today.

I've been an Art Wanted member since 2003--it used to be an excellent site, but it's changed. Today, I'm saddened and appalled at what this site has become (zero answers to questions; money taken, but merchandise not sent). I don't know if the person who runs this site is ill or what, but when someone pays their hard-earned money for products and services that aren't delivered, they should get a refund. If the person that runs this site is unable to do it, then someone should take over. I hope you get some answers soon, Nira.
