ArtWanted Staff does not answer Support Emails for over 2 Weeks?

Hi there,

I do have an issue with premium membership (annual plan got deducted from credit card although I did NOT activate/order it!) and support does neither answer my emails nor my support ticket that I had opened 12 days ago. I had called my credit card company and they are also waiting on more infos from my side.

What is going on with ArtWanted Staff / Owner?

AW, do not do any replies, perhaps NO ONE is working at the site. I bought my first AW book, paid 55 dollars including shipment. (on their site they suggested books without shipments, by the way)... 3 months already, and I wrote them kindly 4 times, since it never reached my home. They send no info about it either. To say more I bought a calendar about a year ago, which they sent in 2 weeks... So what is going on there, I do not know. The services are not similar to what they were 20 years ago, when I started in 2004 AW membership. I wished to know did someone got their own personal books printed in ArtSlam ?? GREETINGS, GOOD LUCK AW!! Replies is a basic respect to artists...

Art Wanted is owned by Art Slam. You can Google Art Slam, and it will give you the owners' names, location, and how to contact them directly. It's probably the only way you're going to get their attention. You can also Google Artwanter, and it will provide you with additional contact options.
