Bank money

Has anyone else tried to get the money they have in A.W bank out??? I wrote Aug 8th and ask A.W. to send me the money I had in the bank. Gave them all the information. They replied they would be glad to and would send it in the next week. No show. I've written them again but this time no answer. Anyone else done this???

Oh how awful! I wish that AW would just come clean about what is happening. It feels like nobody is running it anymore

Hmmm, I have money on the books or whatever with AW as well. I hadn't thought of askin for a check i was just gonna let it build for a while, I don't think I could buy more than a mouse pad or something with the balance. Let us know how this turns out for you,

After several messages to AW and lots of time gone by I finally got my check. I hope I don't get any more money in AW bank. I don't need the hassle if I do want to get it out. I see enough messages about AW not answering them. Hopefully things will improve
