After three months of not eating I am hungry! This is what I made last night. Hamburger and onions fried together, add sour cream, some mustard and ketchup and put over bread. Tomato is from my garden. It was really good! Please post a recipe! This will be fun! Food from all over the world!

What this needs - Baked Basil Fries (I always add a bit more garlic) (makes 4 servings) Ingredients: 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil 1 tablespoon dried basil 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 4 medium red potatoes 1. In a bowl, combine cheese, oil, basil, and garlic powder. 2. Cut potatoes into 1/4-in sticks. Add to cheese mixture; toss to coat. 3. Place in 15-in x 10-in x 1-in baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. 4. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes; turn potatoes. Bake 15 to 20 minutes longer or until crisp and tender.
