This is to date the farthest into the storyline I've drawn a pic for. Though both Nahlisk and Hecate's Erinyes are defeated by the end of the Hecate Saga, it cost the life of Melissa to do it. Corrupted by Hecate into becomming the Erinye Lilith, she battled Nahlisk until he stabbed her through the abdomen. Kiril only barely managed to retrieve her body before Hecate's other three Erinyes descended on Nahlisk, tearing him to bits, while Nahlisk's tanu army advanced on the malevore's forces. After returning home, Kiril was determined to get Melissa back, and he knew there was a way. Unfortunately, though he and Kathra were successful in utilizing tanu and anaji technology in restoring her to life, they unleashed a greater evil - a tanu corrupted by the malevore's residual energy left in Melissa, a tanu that could infect anaji, a tanu that called the disparate hordes to do its bidding and wage a war on the entire galaxy at once. Calling itself Caedi after the anaji's ancient god of death, this anaji/tanu/malevore hybrid reduced the tanu overlords, the ha'nai, the tokin, and the forces of more than one malevore to dust in a matter of weeks, and those of Takisi Garden were lost in despair. Having no choice, they began a massive exodus while Caedi was busy waging war on so many other fronts, an exodus that they hoped would lead them to a new home, while others stayed to fight Caedi and buy time. Leading one wave of this exodus were Aryn and Emiera Noor, Kathra's children, and Ishana Cali, the daughter of D'Ka's ex-consul Tira. Among others, they led the exodus out of Takisi Garden, but they were the only ones who found both a path to a safe haven, and a long-forgotten ally who may just be able to turn the war back. Emiera, looking out over the huge expanse at the lesser roots of Yggdrasil, the long path ahead of them.
