Wow - fantastic work, Rusty!!! The colours just vibrate right off the screen - no wonder you had to paint it and get it out of your system!

Artist Reply: Hello Fiona! How's things? Just got back from our long stay in France and have been staying with my sister-in-law in Lewes in Sussex. They have a fabulou s house with a fantastic view of the downs through all the windows. I painted this picture to kick start my novel writing after it came to a miserable halt. It always does the trick. I felt much better after the painting and was able to continue with my writing again. All thanks to Sooty the cat!! LOL!!
