The USS Essex Air Craft Carrier is a Navy Carrier and is the oldest carrier still in operation. The ship is deployed in the Eastern Atlantic as Flagship of Task Group 83.3. Through her visits to English, Dutch and German ports, 'The Fighten'est Ship in the Fleet' is giving our allies a chance to get a first-hand look at an example of America's naval strength. I saw this ship a long time ago when it came to San Diego California. My grandfather served four years on this ship and he was proud to show our whole family where he was when he was in the Navy. So I did this picture to honor my grandfather and after I showed him this work he said he just loved the picture! So this is why I did this work, for him and for anyone who views it and shares the same thoughts. ...as usual, just my thoughts. ...Johnny M. *THE SHIPOFDEATH.COM HAS BEEN PUBLISHED AND IS NOW ONLINE FOR YOU TO SEE! *ARTIMATIONS.COM - ENJOY THE SIGHTS AND SOUNDS AND I THANK YOU SO MUCH! ~Check Out ShipOfDeath.Com: http://www.shipofdeath.com/ -Check Out Artimations.Com: http://www.artimations.com/ ShipOfDeath.Com © 2003 - 2008 Artimations.Com © 2003 - 2008 All Rights Reserved
