When the heart begin to open, you start "to feel", sweet sensations, touching feelings, love.. but pain too, past hurts not only from this life, but also from past lifes and it could be scare, is like something is awakening inside... you begin to feel all, the beauty in the existence, but also the human pain, the compassion rise.. But doesn´t matter to feel the human pain with conscience if "feeling" you can enjoy the sensations from the nature, the light beings, the fourth dimension..
