Samantha, I sure enjoy your art and cartoons! You have quite the imaginations.Wonderful colors, great proportions, expressive features. The only think with this I might recommend is studying muscle anatomy so the legs don't look puffy, but muscular. Also, the fire from the hands, you may want to practice different techniques to creat fire or other energies to perfect this. This super elf... does he have a name? He is a cute character to be sure.
