Central Park Snack Cart

This is the Central Park Snack Stop snack cart. It is a combination of two carts, one for bottles of drinks which the light is shining through. That main cart has an awning and also sells hot pretzels and stuff. The other cart is partially obscured and has an umbrella and sells ice cream. There is a clear plastic bag of trash on the side of the main cart, and some trees and lawn and greenery in the background. Those yellow flowering shrubs were just starting to go into bloom in the background. The painting is 9" x 12" and is oil on Ampersand Gessobord. I painted this on site in Central Park and it's my first attempt at plein aire painting in Central Park with all the people all around. I had fun painting this and hope to do more of these and learn lots more in the process.

Interesting and looks just like the real thing.
