Mosaic Guitar is a one of a kind art piece inspired by "Wiggy Stardust" a mosaic guitar by Sally Kinsey. . I started with an Alvarez Artist Series guitar that was unplayable due to bridge issues. Instead of letting a broken instrument sit around collecting dust, I wanted to breath life into it again so I could still enjoy my guitar in a new exciting way. The glass is all cut and applied by hand. There are 6 fused glass picks inset and the bridge is also a fused glass piece. The front, back, sides and neck are in total mosaic. Turquoise abalone is placed over the inlay pieces up the neck and mirror pieces, both clear and blue, gives the piece eye catching appeal.
