LOVE 'EM! LOVE 'EM" LOVE YUCCA AND PLATANOS, CIBELES. PLANTAINS (PLATANOS) COOKED WHEN RIPE IS ONE OF MY VERY FAVORITE FOODS. GREAT SHOT AND YOU ARE MAKING ME HUNGRY.

Artist Reply: Thank you very much. I like them too. Fried in olive oil. They sell them here in Spain , but they call them Platano Macho here to distinguish them from platano (which is how they call regular bananas here). I still call them platanos.
