William Ito is a self-taught artist who focuses on realism in his art. Many of his works feature characters from Marvel or DC comics, but a variety of other subjects are also featured in his art.

His inspiration for becoming an artist was influenced mainly by his interest in the connections that can be made through art.

In William’s observations, he notes that even among many different countries, cultures, and languages, people can still enjoy and understand the same works of art. No matter what language the artists or viewers speak, they can still see the message communicated through the artwork without being restricted by something such as a language barrier.
