I am a self taught artist living in Texas. I've been creating art all my life. I've always had a well stocked cabinet of crayons, paper, paint, pastels and canvas.
I'm attracted to vibrant colors and expressive compositions. My compositions range from landscapes, wildlife, architecture and realism to The Old Masters and whimsical fantasy.
Being Native American, of the Siksika Nation ("Blackfoot") it only makes sense that my specialty would be Southwest art. And being from Texas, of course the Cowboys stay close to my heart. (The football team too).
Im best at showing emotions in faces. In other words, anything with eyes I can put feeling into.
I fall in love hard and I hurt deeply. I paint best when I can express myself when I'm ecstatically happy or deeply in pain. I do that best on canvas. So, actually that would mean my art is my diary.
My art is in private and corporate collections throughout the United States and abroad.
If I could say it in words, there would be no reason for me to paint.
