Raven was born and raised in Kimberley B.C Canada. She now resides in the outskirts of Nelson B.C , with her husband and Daughter . Raven believes she could have never achieved the accomplishments she has without the support of her loving family, who have made it easy for her to believe in herself, and the guidance of mentor, John Ramirez , who took her under his wing and influenced quality of art & understanding, in her art.
