Featured Image

I am the administrator of the "all kind of dogs" group and have contended with my feature image always being changed and when I go back in I have to change it back to one of my picks. However, today 5/15/18 i tried to do it but none of my photos or drawings have the feature image option any longer. Has something changed am I missing something I have been away for a month or two.
