Upload Attachments On Support Tickets

A handful of our members have requested to allow attachments when submitting support tickets. We are happy to announce that we have just added this feature to our website.

When you submit a support ticket to our staff at www.ArtWanted.com/support you now have the option to attach up to 3 files to go along with your request. The attachments you submit can be any file type of any size.

Simply click on the new SELECT FILE button and choose your files from your computer or cloud storage drive.

We hope that this small upgrade will help our members when communicating with our staff. Enjoy.

Thank you! Hope it can help sometimes. Want to remind you also that you have promised to think over the same option (attachments) for letters to AW members being sent via inner AW post.
