Looking for an artist to illustrate a front cover and character portraits.

Hi, I’m looking for an artist to illustrate a front cover and characters portraits for a children’s novel. I plan to use the illustrations in the book and on a web site and am willing to pay, although as this is my first book you’ll appreciate not astronomically. Mark
