Hard to say this to you... your composition is off. take a piece of paper and cover the bottom half of your painting. You would notice it looks good. then uncover it.. the river is two large... my only Suggestions give is to remove some of the water adding dry rocks to both sides of the river and darken the water it is also going to have green, red and black shadow reflections from the trees.

Very nice but the river feels like it is tilted to the right compared to the horizon. But that could just be me.
