what i think is that they are variations more than alterations. both have their qualities - the first is more realistic in the softness of the light, say just at dawn, and seems more distinct. the second is more vivid and bright and water reflections seem more evident. you played with saturation & hue?

I wanted it to be more vibrant yes ,=) more magical,more colorful too
