Hi all I've recently upgraded from the free basic account to the paid premium account and I'm having some trouble with uploads. Any new work being uploaded after the account upgrade is completing without problem and I'm being given all the usual options for selling the images as prints. Any Images that were uploaded prior to the account upgrade are causing more of a problem. Although the form tells me that, following the uploading of a higher resolution image, I will be given the same options for prints this page never comes up. It just uploads the higher resolution image without giving me sale options. As these images have already seen hits and votes I'm loath to have to upload them all again as if from new. Is there something I'm missing here or is there a problem? I'm on a great deal or morphine though so I apologise if this post comes across as rambling gibberish! Many thanks in advance to anyone who is able to offer some advice. Paul

Paul - Yes, you do need to upload the replacement images of a higher resolution for your older images to get the premium features. This is simply because we don't store high-res images for free accounts, so we can't provide all of the premium options with the smaller images we have. When you upload a replacement image, you will not see the print options right away, because the new images is not replaced when it's uploaded. Our staff reviews all the replacement images every 24-48 hours and then they are replaced. After this time, you can enter the EDIT IMAGE page and review the print options you have and change any of the settings or options you would like, but there is a delay to see these options after your replacement images are posted. Please let us know if you have any other questions or problems.
