Hello, I think this looks great! I love the color and the background looks awesome. Only suggestion I would make is may be that the shadows could be a bit darker. The darker tone will give shape and show roundness to the face and will really make this great piece pop off the page. Though, it could be my screen, the piece looks a tad bit flat to me.

Overall though I think you did an amazing job! I love the pose and the whole piece works really well together. Great work!

The left leg has depth while the right is just one color or that is what shows on my screen, I agree with more shadows

I read on a disney character design article that designs that are anatomically and propotionally correct are often bland and boring. When you alter the structure it gives the imagination more to work with and also creates a figure more aesthetically pleasing.

Thats if you wanted to go that route and simply just for your own food for thought.

As for the piece i can see areas that can be improved. But i will ignore that and simply look at the next steps you could make to improve this.

Shadows would be great but tahts already stated so i will skip it.

I think you need more darks. In particular places. Not overall. I like the background alot but i think if you put darks in particular places taht will give better redefined definition to your planes and the angle's / perspectives your working with.

That is a very important aspect to landscapes and drawing backgrounds. Even if your technique is solid and perfect, if your planes dont look right or at the specific angle you invision, things just dont mesh or arent as dramatic as you could possibly make it.

Just some ideas i wouldn't take my advice unless you 100% know what to do. If you dont, then simply leave it as it is. Its pretty good.
