I am sorry, I didnt know where to post this, or if it is even allowed. Sorry if I am wrong in doing so.

I need help!

I need to make a blend or banner or animation type thingy for my website. Basically all I want is just a nice banner with my name and my art on it that blinks or moves. I can't install photoshop on my crappy computer cos it takes up to much memory otherwise I woudl do it myself. Can someone please please please help! I will pay you if you want.

I never really liked wizzy flashy things on a website, it's a waist of peoples download time. Try to keep the WEIGHT of your website otherwise people just click off before its downloaded.... Just a thought.
