Steve - We show that your artwork has had a total of 3,924 hits so far in January. We are seeing this on your Portfolio Statistics reports. Can you tell us where you are looking to determine you are not getting hits recorded, as we see that they are being recorded.

I'm talking about the list in Manage My Portfolio--in the column labeled "hits" where each image the artist has submitted is listed in order, most recent first, and the artist can go to edit from there.

Now I checked the Portfolio Statistics page and my recent works aren't even listed there. So there's a discrepancy between the total # of artworks submitted--340-something in Manage Port., but just 320-something in Port Stats.

I haven't altered any of my settings recently--just my message board icon a few minutes ago.

Also--this may just be a coincidence--but since about the same time I haven't been getting the gallery widget slide show of recent art on my home page.

Steve -

Today we located a bug with our multiple file upload that was preventing new stats to be recorded for 2012. This bug is now fixed, but your stats for January will be off if you used our multiple file upload this month.

My hits problem is resolved--thanks. I like the mutiple upload feature.
