To say photography should have its own gallery could be like saying art materials should have its own gallery.Photography as any other visual form of expressing art is all part of the artworld.Art,photography,sculpture,design,graphic art,and music and singing etc.are all heralded under one large umbrella.They are all just different art genres.Perhaps it is my opinion but if I needed anything photographic I would not search for it under ArtWanted.com This does not mean I do not do photography.I do but there are so many photographic platforms where one could show your photography or learn about it. Should you have strong feelings for a photo gallery at ArtWanted ,fine,but please give more detail how you are to go about this. My humble opinion is not everyone that owns a camera,cellphone,i-phone etc,is a photographer.Nowadays even the school children want to teach us how to take photo's.I wish we could go back to black and white photography and darkrooms where real art photography were born.
