Corel Photoshop X and XI have bubbles ,click on effects, a menu will pop up, click on aristic affects, another menu will pop up and then click on ball's and bubbles. Adobe photoshop has the same artistic effect on it as well.

can anyone tell me how to make clear bubbles in photo shop to add to photos? what program do you use is what i need to be asking i guess, Joke has a yellow rose with clear bubbles i love the effect i just don't know how to do it or what program to use, i can paint them with spray paint but i do not want to do that on photos.

here is one i did with spraypaint. but like i said i want to do some photos using bubbles like of my grand kids.
