Nice tutorial. I'm using a wacom tablet intuos². The firt week was hell,than it's like a pen to me. And yes i use also 300 dpi for the drawings i make.And lot's of layers it give me more controls. My favorit tool to draw is de smudge tool(use it a lot).For my shadows is the burntool also a nice tool! For a backgrond you can also use a gradient....whit de smudgetool,mostly it give's a nice looking

The picture below is made whit a gradient and that tool... (sorry for the poor english of me..) :(

Some of you guys got a new Wacom and were looking for some tips...I dont have any...:)But I will show people exactly how I do my stuff.Its not the correct way,or the right way,or the only way...Its just how I do it.

The example below is very involved so Im gonna do something much more simple to start with.I use the same method for the hard stuff as I do the simpler stuff...The only difference is about 30 or 40 hours...:)
