Hello,

The first step is to set ups the workspace at 300 dpi and the size that you like, say 8.5" x 11. I start all my paper and pencil drawings at that size and scan them in to the computer at 300 dpi. Then I paint them with the Wacom, Tiger was done that way. If you need more answers, please email me at [email protected]. :)

Original Post: Painting Digital

I have been asked before, but have never really had time to show how I approach my digital stuff.

Firstly...You can draw and paint digitally just like oils,or any other medium. All freehand with a Wacom tablet and...imagination

This example is very simplistic compared to my detailed stuff, however,I start all of my bigger works just like this. This took about 1 and a half hours.

What you need...A paint program,a Wacom

Open a new image...This one is 2000x2500(pixels).I would suggest staying 1500 or larger...
