THEME: Spring Tulips Photography
ENTRY DATES: May 12 - May 31, 2010
VOTE DATES: Jun 1 - Jun 12, 2010

DESCRIPTION: It's spring time, and flowers are blooming all over the place. We have selected the "tulip" flower as our contest theme. This contest is to photograph one or more tulips and this must be your main subject of the photo. Happy Shooting!

RULES: The submission must be a photograph that you have taken yourself. Entry must fit the theme of the contest. No artwork for this contest, only photographs. No digital altering or filters of the photos allowed, except for small lighting adjustments that are applied to the entire image. Do not include your name or links in your entry description. Only one entry per person, so make them count!

CONTEST PRIZES: 1st Place - $20 or 6 Month ArtWanted.com Premium Membership, 2nd Place - $10, 3rd Place - $5

It was a cold day at Dallas Arboretum. This tulip is soft pink and has water droplets from the rainfall last night!

While walking with a visiting friend from Newfoundland, we past a house with some flowers out front. The sun was shining down on them and seemed like a spotlight on the flowers.
