Self Portrait

I was born in Indiana.I am named after the Film Johnnie Belinda in which Jane Wayman won an academy award.I am the oldest of four, the only girl. I grew up feeling like an outsider in my own family. At the age of five I had an indecent in which I became withdrawn and introverted. In that same year I had my tonsil's removed, while in the hosipital I recieved a paint by number kit in which became my introduction to 'creative healing art" a path I would follow later in life. While spending time at my Grandparents home I would sit at the kitchen table sketching portrait after portrait of my grandfather, he encouraged me in my art. In 1981 he died from cancer. I longer found joy in my art, I sat it aside to raise my daughter and make a home for my family. In 1998 I went through a life change, to help with the pain I picked up pencil and paper and began to sketch again. In that same year my husband bo and I joined a meditation group where I began to develop my psychic abilities.I began doodling the individuals in the group and images would appear in which I had no thought of, when giving them the sheet of paper I was told the images held reverence to them thus began my life as an psychic artist.I give psychic readings, lectures and demonstration to individuals and groups. I open my home studio to individuals and groups who want to find their creative side.I intutivitly tune into their vibration which allows me to guide them into their individuals styles. I consider my self as an outsider/visionary artist with self instructed passion.
