Artist Reply: Hi Emily, This is the EAA B-17 from Oshkosh but it was at the Lewis College airport in Illinois. They spent 3 days here taking people up for rides. I went up for a ride in this plane 3 years ago. It was quite a thrill.
Artist Reply: Thank you for looking, Sharon. This B-17 belongs to the EAA and they spend the Summer selling rides on it. I went up about 3 years ago just to experience what my brother did in WWII before he was shot down.
Artist Reply: Sharon, They travel all over the country all summer so they may come to your area eventually. They charge $425 for a half hour flight.
